This is a two way conversation for us to get to know you as a prospective candidate, and for you to decide if Alcumus feels like the place for your next career move. We will talk through your previous experience, career highs and your motivators!

This will often be competency based, so it is a great idea to prepare yourself by reading through the job description and company information ahead of this meeting.
