Call with Recruiter

The call with your Recruiter is an opportunity for you to find out everything you will want to know about Alcumus, and the role you are being considered for. This is a two way conversation for us to get to know you as a prospective candidate, and for you to decide if Alcumus feels like the place for your next career move. We will talk through your previous experience, career highs and your motivators!

Meet and Greet

Your meet and greet session is a more informal meeting, and an opportunity for you to meet the hiring manager for the role you are being considered for. The formal interview stages will follow this step.

1st Stage Interview

Your first stage interview is an opportunity for the hiring manager to get to know you, understand why you are interested in the role you are being considered for, and answer any further questions you have about us as a business. This will often be competency based, so it is a great idea to prepare yourself by reading through the job description and company information ahead of this meeting.

2nd Stage Interview with Presentation

This interview step is an opportunity for you to showcase your ability and knowledge through a presentation. The details of your presentation brief will be sent across to you by your Recruitment Business Partner ahead of the meeting.
