Call with Hiring Manager
The call with the hiring manager is an opportunity for you to find out everything you will want to know about Veriforce and the role you are being considered for. This is a two way conversation for us to get to know you as a prospective candidate, and for you to decide if Veriforce feels like the place for your next career move. We will talk through your previous experience, career highs and your motivators!

1st Stage Interview
They are looking forward to getting to know you better and discussing how your skills and experience align with our team’s goals.
During the first 30 minutes of this conversation, we ask that you present a successful industry‑based campaign from a previous role. Please highlight the following areas as part of your walkthrough:
Campaign initiation strategy (research, segmentation, etc.)

- Stage 4
2nd Stage Interview
Your second stage interview is the opportunity to meet additional stakeholders who work alongside the role you are being considered for. This interview will follow a competency / situational structure, and of course you will have the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have.
