Stage 1

Call with Recruiter

This call is with Lucy, Global Head of Recruitment and is an opportunity for you to find out everything you will want to know about us, and the role you are being considered for. 

This is a two way conversation for us to get to know you as a prospective candidate, and for you to decide if Veriforce feels like the place for your next career move. We will talk through your previous experience, career highs and your motivators!
Stage 2

1st Stage Interview

In the first stage interview, you will meet Kyra, Chief Operating Officer. This interview is an opportunity for the hiring manager to get to know you, understand why you are interested in the role you are being considered for, and answer any further questions you have about us as a business. 

This will often be competency based, so it is a great idea to prepare yourself by reading through the job description and company information ahead of this meeting. 
Stage 3

2nd Stage Interview

In the second stage interview, you will meet further members of the Executive Leadership team. This interview will follow a competency based structure.
Stage 4

Final Stage Interview

In the final stage interview, you will meet Colby Lane, Chief Executive Officer. This conversation is an opportunity for the CEO to understand your strategic thinking, leadership style and how you would contribute to the company's highest priorities.
