It's rare to find a role a where you love getting up and going to work every day. From the people, to flexibility in working to the positively challenging nature of the work, it's never a dull day!

I joined Alcumus in 2021 after spending many years working in agency and consultancy led businesses in the engineering and IT sectors and a large amount of time in the FinTech sector for a price comparison business. I have been working in the Talent space for around 13+ years now and in this time, I have been involved in the recruitment, development, retention and growth of people priorities and projects, to play my part in ensuring everyone gets to love what they do when they come to work each day. 

A bit about me personally? If I am not trying to face my fear of heights by throwing myself off a cliff paragliding or climbing ridiculously high buildings as an eager tourist on my travels (which is never completely by choice), you will likely find me hiking across some pub-walk route, generally trying to keep fit and taking part in a challenge like tough mudder, getting my skis on in the winter or listening to a DJ set on a beach in the summer!
